We want you to feel happy and secure about shopping with SHOEBACCA.com, which is why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. In the highly unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise (provided it is still in unworn* condition) free of charge for up to 365 days after the original purchase date for a full refund.
However, costs apply for items you return which you purchased as part of either a multiple item or minimum purchase promotion. The reason is that we give you our best deals in those promotions. To the extent you return or exchange shoes purchased in those promotions, we ask that you compensate us for our costs to handle and restock those items, as outlined in the section about such promotions. This allows SHOEBACCA to continue to offer these amazing deals to you on an ongoing basis. - Log in to your account from the MY ACCOUNT link located at the very top of our site.
- Click on the My Orders & Returns link within the left navigation bar.
- Locate the order number associated with the order/item(s) you would like to return.
- Click the orange colored "Return" link associated with that order number under the "Action" column.
- Complete the form questions (selecting either Refund or Exchange) and SUBMIT.
- Close the pop-up window and scroll down to the "My Returns & Exchanges section"
- If you close your browser at this point, you will need to again Log-in to your MY ACCOUNT page and click on the "My Orders" link and scroll down to the "My Returns & Exchanges" section.
- Locate the order number associated with your return and click on the "View Label" link under the "Action" column.
- PRINT your shipping label. [Please note that all UPS shipping labels expire 10 days after their date of origination (the date you submitted the return request). If you fail to ship your package before this period you need to request a new shipping label from this page.]
- Fold the printed label at the dotted line.
- Place the label in a UPS shipping pouch. If you don't have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
- Take the package to your closest UPS location; to find a UPS location near you please visit the UPS Locator.
- You will receive an email from SHOEBACCA.com once your return has been received and processed.
- Please note that exchanges can only be processed for an item that is the same cost or less than the original item purchase price, unless a valid credit card was used on the order being returned. Should you wish to purchase an item that requires additional payment, the credit card on file will be charged at the time the exchange is processed.
- An exchange request will be fulfilled up on receipt of the return, provided that inventory is still available.
- If we no longer have the requested inventory available, or your credit card is declined for additional payment of a higher-priced item, you will be issued a refund.
- Shoebacca will grant customers who purchase a product using a Group Buy Voucher Order (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc) one replacement voucher only, on a return or exchange. This reissued voucher will either be directly applied to the exchange requested or reissued to the customer and will be valid for 30 days from the date of reissue. If a customer then purchases other product using that replacement voucher, that purchase is final. If a customer subsequently attempts to return or exchange a product purchased using a replacement voucher, Shoebacca will not issue another replacement voucher or refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
- "Unworn Condition" means the product is in its original condition (including manufacturer's box), and with its original tags. Any product deemed in worn condition will not be accepted. Worn condition is determined upon inspection and assessed at our discretion. Defective merchandise will not be considered worn.

- If you opted to have your order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service, we are unfortunately unable to refund your shipping charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES THAT WERE PART OF A MULTIPLE ITEM OR MINIMUM PURCHASE PROMOTION:
If you received a multiple item purchase discount (e.g. 3 for $99 Promotion) when you purchased an item you wish to return (“Return”) or an item you wish to exchange (“Exchange”), several restrictions apply because these promotions are available for a limited time and may offer availability to limited inventory.
RESTRICTIONS:- Return and Exchange Shipping is FREE.
- You can return any item in your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- We will automatically deduct a $6.95 restocking fee for each Return when we process each Return. By way of example, if you returned one (1) item from a 3 for $99 promotion, SHOEBACCA will provide a Net Credit to your credit card of $26.05 (or $33.00 per item - $6.95 restocking fee).
- Exchanges may be made up to and including the expiration date of the promotion to which your order is associated.
- Upon processing each Exchange, we will automatically charge your credit card a $10.50 restocking fee for each Exchange.
- Exchanges are only valid for promotion qualifying items (in the case of 3 for $99 Promotion, you have the option to exchange any item you purchased within that specific promotion only for another item in the "3 for $99" website category)
- Please note, as with any promotion offer by SHOEBACCA, a MULTIPLE ITEM OR MINIMUM PURCHASE PROMOTION may not be combined with any other offer.

International Return Policy

Amazon.com Return Policy
